//Follower of Jesus Christ (with a desire to see the Word of God practically applied to all areas of life)//Bibliophile (a lover and collector of books)//Lover of History (avid reader of historical biographies)//
I am a 20 year old young lady who is redeemed and saved from my sin only by the grace of God. I started this website as an home-based business, that I might redeem, and not waste, the time the Lord has given me during my single years at home. I discovered I had a love of writing, and the Lord has opened opportunities for me to write for another website: The Foundations of Reconstruction. I desire to encourage others to follow the Lord’s leading in their lives, and to search out the Scriptures, that they may know the will of God for them. I strive to put my jumbled, chaotic thoughts down onto paper — reducing them into black and white rows, letters, sentences. Into some semblance of sanity. And I share them here with all of you, with a desire to spiritually challenge you, that you may grow in His grace.
I am the oldest of eleven children living the country life in the deep south. In the time I am not writing, I am filling my time with studying the Word of my Saviour, learning the amazing natural ways the Lord has provided for us to use to heal our bodies — homeopathy and herbology — studying the in’s and out’s of being a doula and natural childbirth, washing and folding laundry, holding children, changing diapers, helping teach the little ones, cooking meals for my family, out in the garden, cleaning, ironing, washing dishes, keeping the little ones busy….
In my spare time I am writing letters, playing the violin, learning the piano, crocheting, sewing, knitting, or curled up with a book — or two or three or four — and a nice cup of hot coffee =) I enjoy singing — and the more people who join in the better! And it is pure bliss if I can convince people that it is fun to gather with instruments and play them together, for the glory of our Creator.
I am so glad to have you stop by and pray that this website is an encouragement to you!
